Abstract

Method for desulphurising smoke gas from coal heatings, wherein coal is burned in the boiler in the presence of an additive, optionally while feeding a cold gas. The partially non-transformed additive leaves the boiler with the smoke gas and is separated with the ashes in dust-retaining filters mounted downstream. The relative humidity of the smoke gas is increased before it enters the dust-retaining filter (23), so that a larger quantity of the sulphur compounds contained in the smoke gas react with the additive in the dust-retaining filters. In the device for implementing said method, a heat exchanger and/or an injection cooler is mounted in the smoke gas stream before the gas filter unit.

Dans un procédé de désulfuration du gaz de fumée de chauffages à charbon, le charbon est brûlé dans la chaudière en présence d'un additif, le cas échéant sous apport d'un gaz froid. L'additif en partie non transformé quitte la chaudière avec le gaz de fumée, et est séparé avec les cendres dans des filtres anti-poussière montés en aval. L'humidité relative du gaz de fumée est augmentée avant son entrée dans le filtre anti-poussière (23), pour que les composés de soufre contenus dans le gaz de fumée réagissent en plus grande quantité avec l'additif dans les filtres anti-poussière. Dans le dispositif utilisé pour appliquer ce procédé, un échangeur de chaleur et/ou un refroidisseur à injection est monté dans le courant de gaz de fumée avant les filtres anti-poussière.
