Abstract
(EN) For the electrolytic treatment of stagnant water which is replaced only periodically in containers which are not designed to this effect, there is mounted in said containers a device comprised of a metal cathode (1) of a normal potential from -0.8 to +1.6 V at 25oC as well as a magnesium anode (4). The cathode (1) and the anode (4) are interconnected. The water is used as electrolyte. Non gaseous impurities deposit essentially at the cathode, and combined particles deposit to the ground from which they may be easily taken away later on. The execution forms of the device vary and are appropriate to said containers.
(FR) En vue de traiter par électrolyse de l'eau stationnaire et seulement remplacée périodiquement, dans des récipients non prévus à cet effet, on monte dans ces derniers un dispositif. Il se compose d'une cathode métallique (1) d'un potentiel normal de -0,8 à + 1,6V à 25oC ainsi que d'une anode (4) en magnésium. La cathode (1) et l'anode (4) sont connectées l'une à l'autre. L'eau sert d'électrolyte. Les impuretés non gazeuses se déposent principalement à la cathode, les particules combinées se déposant au sol d'où elles peuvent être éloignées facilement plus tard. Les formes d'exécution du dispositif sont variées et appropriées auxdits récipients.
