Abstract
(EN) A grinding blade device on a drum, which is used to produce starch from potatoes and other starch plants, and processed food and juice from root crops, fruits and vegetables. The grinding blade device is obtained by forming a plurality rhombic bodies, each consisting of a stack of rhombic blade elements separated by grooves (7). Each of the rhombic blade elements has vertical edges (5) at its acute-angled end portions, and horizontal edges (6) at the right-angled portions thereof at which the side surfaces, upper surface and lower surface of the rhombic body meet. This rhombic body having piled rhombic blade elements is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of a rotatable roll. Since the rhombic blade members are stacked, the number of horizontal edges (6) increases, and the efficiency of grinding plants to be processed is improved markedly owing to these edges (6) as well as the vertical edges (5) having an acute angle and capable of cutting such plants deeply.
(FR) Un dispositif à lame broyeuse placée sur un tambour est utilisé pour produire de l'amidon à partir de pommes de terre et d'autres plantes riches en amidon, et des aliments et des jus traités à partir de plantes sarclées, fruits et légumes. Le dispositif à lame broyeuse est obtenu en formant une pluralité de corps rhomboïdes qui sont constitués par des éléments rhomboïdes de lame empilés et séparés par des rainures (7). Chaque élément rhomboïde de lame a des bords verticaux (5) à ses extrémités en angle aigu, et des bords horizontaux (b) à ses parties en angle droit, où se rencontrent les surfaces latérales, supérieure et inférieure du corps rhomboïde. Ce corps rhomboïde à éléments rhomboïdes de lame empilés est fixé à la surface de la circonférence extérieure d'un rouleau rotatif. Comme les éléments rhomboïdes de lame sont empilés, le nombre de bords horizontaux (6) est plus grand, et l'efficacité de broyage des végétaux destinés à être traités est considérablement améliorée à cause de ces bords (6), à cause également des bords verticaux (5) qui, formant un angle aigu, peuvent couper profondément dans les végétaux.
