Abstract

Multisource power supply using high efficiency converters with direct cutting of the network 220V 50 Hz operating at a frequency of 20 KHz. Said supply generates the low voltages (9, 10, 11) necessary to the control and management peripherals, and the high voltages (22, 23) which are remote programmable (33) for the supply of the plasma cells. All outputs are protected against the overloads (15, 12) and the overvoltages (16, 18, 31). At the starting (21), the occurrence of high voltages is retarded with respect to low voltages; at the turn off, the low voltages are momentarily maintained after the high voltages have disappeared. The high voltage output terminals are isolated from the network by optical coupling electronic devices (30). The adopted cutting principle and the selection of specialized components (12, 14, 28) enable to obtain with said power supply safety and output performances higher than those obtained with conventional series regulation supplies.

Une alimentation de puissance multisources utilisant des convertisseurs haut rendement à découpage direct du réseau 220V 50 Hz fonctionnant à une fréquence de 20 KHz. Cette alimentation génère les basses tensions (9, 10, 11) nécessaires aux périphériques de commande et de gestion, et les hautes tensions (22, 23) programmables à distance (33) pour l'alimentation des cellules plasma. Toutes les sorties sont protégées contre les surcharges (15, 12) et les surtensions (16, 18, 31). A la mise en marche (21), l'apparition des hautes tensions est retardée par rapport aux basses tensions; à la coupure, les basses tensions sont maintenues momentanément après la disparition des hautes tensions. Les bornes de sortie hautes tensions sont isolées du réseau par des dispositifs électroniques à couplage optique (30). Le principe de découpage adopté et le choix de composants spécialisés (12, 14, 28) procurent à cette alimentation, des performances de rendement et de sécurité supérieure à celle des alimentations à régulation série généralement utilisées.
