Abstract:
(EN) A conveyor comprising a pulley (5, 6) supported belt (1), which forms a tubular section when conveying materials. Material (4) is fed into the belt (1) by means (7) discharging below the level (CL) at which the belt is formed into a tube, but above the point at which the line of the angle of repose of the material (4) being conveyed would be tangent to the inner face of the belt (1), ensuring that the tubular section is completely filled. The material (4) is conveyed to a discharge pipe (8) where the belt looses its tubular shape, causing the material to be discharged. Means (9) may be provided to support the belt on vertical or inclined sections, and to ensure the tubular section is properly sealed.
(FR) Convoyeuse comportant une courroie (1) soutenue par des poulies (5, 6) et formant une section tubulaire lorsqu'elle transporte des matériaux. Le matériau (4) est amené dans la courroie (1) par le mécanisme (7) déchargeant en dessous du niveau (CL) auquel la courroie prend la forme d'un tube, mais au-dessus du point auquel la ligne de l'angle de dépôt du matériau (4) transporté serait tangente à la face intérieure de la courroie (1), garantissant le remplissage complet de la section tubulaire. Le matériau (4) est amené à un tuyau de décharge (8) où la courroie perd sa forme tubulaire, provoquant la décharge du matériau. Un mécanisme (9) peut être prévu pour soutenir la courroie sur des sections verticales ou inclinées et pour garantir la fermeture étanche correcte de la section tubulaire.
