Abstract:
(EN) In this process it is provided in a first step to transmit heat by direct contact of the gas with a magnesium hydroxide suspension Mg(OH)2 having a controlled pH value comprised between 4.5 and 5.5, and in a following step to effect an indirect heat transfer from the suspension to a heat-conveying fluid. The adjustement of the pH value is carried out by means of sodium dihydrogensulfate (NaH2PO4) and Glauber salt is used as heat conveying fluid. There is continuously added to the combustion gas, before it reaches the absorption stage, nitrogen dioxide which corresponds to the stoechiometric amount of nitrogen dioxide in the top portion of the absorption column. The portion removed from said suspension and subjected to retreatment is concentrated at 40% by weight and is alkalised with ammonia, whereafter the magnesium hydroxide is separated by filtration and the residual solution is prepared as fertilizer. The phosphate fraction is recycled.
(FR) Dans ce procédé on prévoit, dans une première étape, de transmettre la chaleur par contact direct du gaz avec une suspension d'hydroxide de magnésium Mg(OH)2, ayant un pH contrôlé de 4,5 - 5,5 et dans une étape suivante d'effectuer un transfert de chaleur indirect de la suspension à un fluide caloporteur. Le réglage de la valeur du pH a lieu à l'aide d'orthophosphate de sodium (NaH2PO4) et on utilise comme fluide caloporteur du sel de Glauber. On ajoute continuellement au gaz de combustion, avant son arrivée dans l'étage d'absorption, du dioxide d'azote qui correspond à la quantité stoechiométrique de dioxyde d'azote dans la partie supérieure de la colonne d'absorption. La partie soutirée de ladite suspension et soumise à retraitement est concentrée à 40% du poids et alcalisée avec de l'ammoniac, après quoi l'hydroxyde de magnésium est séparé par filtration et la solution résiduaire est préparée comme engrais. La fraction de phosphate est réintroduite.
