Abstract:
(EN) In fabricating electrets a voltage is applied across an electrically polarizable body. Large-scale breakdown effects in the body are avoided by reducing the voltage across at least a portion of the body undergoing polarization in response to a current indicating the onset of a breakdown in the body. Also, polarization uniformity is enhanced and processing time is reduced relative to another conventional process.
(FR) Lors de la fabrication d'électrets, une tension est appliquée à travers un corps électriquement polarisable. On évite des effets de claquage à grande échelle dans le corps en réduisant la tension sur au moins une partie du corps soumis à la polarisation en réponse à un courant indiquant le début d'un claquage dans le corps. On améliore également l'uniformité de polarisation, tout en réduisant le temps de traitement par rapport à un autre procédé conventionnel.
