Abstract:
(EN) A shut off and regulation member for conduits and the like is provided with a slide-like closure part (5) which, during the opening and the closing, slides with at least one plane sealing surface (7) along a corresponding sliding surface (8) of a slide seat, the closure part (8) and the slide seat being made with a ceramic material and their sealing and sliding surfaces (7, 8) being planar and polished, and if necessary lapped. In order to make the shut off and regulation member appropriate also to aggressive and hot media and to simplify its construction, there is provided a ceramic cylindrical body (1) which is arranged inside a tubular casing (2) comprising a side cutting for the closure part (5) and which is provided with a flow hole (4) and with a sliding surface (8) forming the slide seat. In one embodiment using a flat slide, the ceramic cylindrical body (1) is provided with an axial traversing flow hole (4) and with a slot (8) perpendicular thereto, whereas the ceramic closure part (5) is configured as a flat slide. An embodiment using a rotary slide provides that the ceramic cylindrical body has an intermediary wall in its flow hole and, against the cylindrical mantle, a polished surface forming a sliding surface, from which a transversal hole leads to the inner ends of the separate flow hole; it also provides that the ceramic closure part is configured as a rotary slide of which the front surface has a connection channel for the transversal holes.
(FR) Un organe d'arrêt et de réglage pour des canalisations et autres est doté d'une partie de fermeture (5) en forme de coulisseau, qui, lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture, glisse avec au moins une surface d'étanchéité plane (7) le long d'une surface de glissement correspondante (8) d'un siège de coulisseau, la partie de fermeture (8) et le siège de coulisseau étant à base d'un matériau céramique et leurs surfaces d'étanchéité et de glissement (7, 8) étant planes et polies, ainsi que rodées si nécessaire. Afin de rendre l'organe d'arrêt et de réglage approprié également aux milieux aggressifs et chauds et d'en simplifier la construction, on prévoit un corps cylindrique en céramique (1) qui est disposé dans un boîtier tubulaire (2) comportant une découpure latérale pour la partie de fermeture (5) et qui est doté d'un trou d'écoulement (4) et d'une surface de glissement (8) formant le siège de coulisseau. Dans un mode de réalisation à coulisseau aplati, le corps cylindrique en céramique (1) est doté d'un trou d'écoulement axial traversant (4) et d'une fente (8) perpendiculaire à celui-ci, alors que la partie de fermeture en céramique (5) a la forme d'un coulisseau aplati. Un mode de réalisation à coulisseau rotatif prévoit que le corp cylindrique en céramique possède une paroi intermédiaire dans son trou d'écoulement et, contre l'enveloppe du cylindre, une surface polie formant une surface de glissement, à partir de laquelle un trou transversal conduit aux extrémités intérieures du trou d'écoulement séparé; il prévoit également que la partie de fermeture en céramique a la forme d'un coulisseau rotatif dont la surface frontale possède un canal de liaison pour les trous transversaux.
