Abstract:
(EN) A novel DNA is prepared in which a DNA fraction having a structural gene which codes a peptide containing human immunointerferon and a DNA fraction having a structural gene which codes human interleukin 2 peptide are linked to each other. This novel DNA makes it possible to produce a polypeptide in which the two peptides arelinked to each other by transforming host microorganism with the DNA and culturing the transformed microorganism.
(FR) Préparation d'un nouvel ADN où une fraction d'ADN possédant un gène structural codant un peptide contenant de l'immunointerféron humain et une fraction d'ADN possédant un gène structural codant le peptide 2 de l'interleukine humaine sont reliés entre eux. Ce nouveau type d'ADN permet de produire un polypeptide dans lequel les deux peptides sont reliés entre eux, en transformant le microorganisme hôte à l'aide de l'ADN et en effectuant une culture du microorganisme transformé.
