(EN)The invention implements an endothermic physical transformation such as the evaporation of a low point boiling liquid (4, 22) or the hydration of a salt (13, 15) to cool an object without the need for an outer cold source such as an ice-box, a refrigerator or a cellar. It may be applied particularly to the freshening of beverages (2), isothermal transports of perishable foodstuff, the hardening of suppositories (19) which have softened after they have been stored at a high temperature. The endothermal transformations proposed in the present invention are particularly the evaporation of light hydrocarbons, halogenated or not (4, 22) and the hydration of salts (13, 15,), for example ammonium nitrate.
(FR)L'invention met en oeuvre une transformation physique endothermique telle que l'évaporation d'un liquide à bas point d'ébullition (4, 22) ou l'hydratation d'un sel (13, 15) pour refroidir un objet sans devoir recourir à une source froide extérieure, telle que glacière, frigorifique ou cave. Elle est notamment applicable au rafraîchissement de boissons (2), aux transports isothermiques de denrées périssables, au redurcissement de suppositoires (19) ramollis par un séjour à trop haute température.
