(EN)A process for preparing fine particles of Ba(Zr¿x?Ti¿1-x?)O¿3? (where O < x < 1), a kind of dielectric material, which comprises reacting an inorganic Zr compound or its hydrolysis product, an inorganic Ti compound or its hydrolysis product, and a Ba salt in a strongly alkaline aqueous solution. This process enables to obtain Ba(Zr¿x?Ti¿1-x?)O¿3? solid solution having high purity, good uniformity, and excellent activity.
(FR)Procédé de préparation de fines particules de Ba(Zr¿x?Ti¿1-x?)O¿3? (où O < x < 1), un type de matériau diélectrique, consistant à faire réagir un composé inorganique de Zr ou son produit d'hydrolyse, un composé inorganique de Ti ou son produit d'hydrolyse, ainsi qu'un sel de Ba dans une solution aqueuse fortement alcaline. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir une solution solide de Ba(Zr¿x?Ti¿1-x?)O¿3? possédant une pureté élevée, une bonne uniformité et une excellente activité.
