The system comprises a first unidirectional bus (1) having a flow rate D for packets each including a tag with e bits and a block with b bits, sources (2i) having different flow rates di such that dm <= di <= dM < D, and access means (4i) to introduce packets into the first bus from the source. Allocation means (5) arranged at the reception end (3) of the first bus (1) form tag rasters identifying active sources. Each raster has a time duration T = b/dm shared into a number of time intervals N = dM/dm. Each time interval has a time duration $g(u) = b/dM and includes a source tag. Each tag of a same active source with a flow rate di is repeated ni times in the raster T so that ni = di/dm if di/dm is an integer or that ni = 1 + an integer part of (di/dm) in the opposite case. The tag rasters are transmitted by the allocation means (5) in a second unidirectional bus (6) distributed to all access means (4i). The access means (4i) of each source (2i) sends a packet in the first bus (1) each time a block of b bits from the source is received and a tag of the source (2i) is detected in the second bus (6) after the reception of the block.

Le système comprend un premier bus unidirectionnel (1) à débit D pour paquets incluant chacun une étiquette à e bits et un bloc à b bits, des sources (2i) ayant des débits différents di tels que dm <= di <= dM < D, et des moyens d'accès (4i) pour introduire des paquets dans le premier bus à partir des sources. Un allocateur (5) localisé à l'extrémité de réception (3) du premier bus (1) constitue des trames d'étiquettes identifiant des sources actives. Chaque trame a une durée T = b/dm partagée en un nombre N = dM/dm d'intervalles temporels. Chaque intervalle temporel a une durée O = bdM et inclut une étiquette de source. Chaque étiquette d'une même source active à débit di est répétée dans la trame T ni fois tel que ni = di/dm si di/dm est un entier ou tel que ni = 1 + partie entière de (di/dm) dans le cas contraire. Les trames d'étiquettes sont transmises par l'allocateur (5) dans un second bus unidirectionnel (6) distribué à tous les moyens d'accès (4i). Le moyen d'accès (4i) de chaque source (2i) transmet un paquet dans le premier bus (1) chaque fois qu'un bloc de b bits provenant de la source est reçu et qu'une étiquette de la source (2i) est détectée dans le second bus (6) après la réception du bloc.
