A method of producing a curved surface includes a step of inputting section data on two sections (11, 12) of a three-dimensional curved-surface object, data on first and second section curves (11a, 12a) formed by the two sections (11, 12), respectively, and data on a three-dimensional curve (31a) which includes points (P1, P1') on the first and second section curves, respectively, and specifies the outer shape of the three-dimensional curved-surface object; a step of generating an intermediate section (41) for each of division points (Si) (i = 1, 2, 3 ... ) which divide the three-dimensional curve (31a) into a large number of line elements, each intermediate section (41) including the corresponding division point; a step of calculating an intermediate section curve (41a) of each intermediate section using the data on the two section curves (11a, 12a) and positional information about the division points (Si); and a step of generating the curved surface of the three-dimensional curved-surface object using this set of a plurality of intermediate section curves.

Un procédé de production de surface courbe consiste à introduire des données de section sur deux sections (11, 12) d'un objet tridimensionnel à surface courbe, des données sur une première et une deuxième courbes de section (11a, 12a) formées par les deux sections (11, 12) respectivement, et des données sur une courbe tridimensionnelle (31a) qui comprend des points (P1, P1') sur la première et sur la deuxième courbes de section respectivement, et spécifie la forme extérieure de l'objet tridimensionnel à surface courbe; à produire une section intermédiaire (41) pour chacun des points de division (Si) (i = 1, 2, 3...) qui divisent la courbe tridimensionnelle (31a) en un grand nombre d'éléments de ligne, chaque section intermédiaire (41) comprenant le point de division correspondant; à calculer une courbe de section intermédiaire (41a) de chaque section intermédiaire en utilisant les données sur les deux courbes de section (11a, 12a) et les informations de position autour des points de division (Si); et à produire la surface courbe de l'objet tridimensionnel à surface courbe en utilisant cet ensemble de courbes de section intermédiaire.
