Solid polyolefin catalysts are adapted for use in low pressure gas phase fluid bed polymerization processes by being mixed with selected particulate organic support materials in a high speed bladed finishing device so as to cause the catalyst materials to become embedded in, and/or adhered to, softened particles of the support material.

Des catalyseurs de polyoléfine solide sont destinés à être utilisés dans des procédés de polymérisation à lit fluide en phase gazeuse et à basse pression, en les mélangeant à des matériaux de support organiques particulaires sélectionnés dans un dispositif à ailettes de finissage à haute vitesse, de sorte que les matériaux catalyseurs sont noyés dans les particules ramollies du matériau de support et/ou adhèrent à ces particules.
