Abstract
(EN)
A sublimable ink ribbon for use in printing various stills such as images recorded by video cameras, images on televisions, etc. on photographic paper, which has a sublimable ink layer at least the surface of which comprises a layer containing a sublimable dye having a solubility in methyl ethyl ketone of 2.5 g/100 ml or below, or a layer containing a sublimable dye having the above-mentioned solubility of more than 2.5 g/100 ml in a content of 0.5 or less in terms of P/B wherein P represents the weight of the dye and B represents the weight of a binder. This ribbon is free from the problem of scumming.
