Abstract

A roller mill presses a material fed to the gap between the upper surface of a grinding table and a grinding roller, thereby reducing the material to powder. The grinding roller is provided thereon with at least one annular recess which is coaxial with the shaft of the roller, thereby reducing self-excited vibration and improving grinding efficiency. Moreover, to increase the effect of the recess, the depth of the recess is made larger than the average particle size of the material. Further, the cross-sectional configuration of the gap between the grinding table and the grinding roller is designed so as to be a wedge shape which narrows toward the outside of the grinding table, whereby the material being ground by pressing is prevented from escaping toward the axis of the roller shaft, thereby reducing self-excited vibration and improving grinding efficiency.

Un broyeur à meules horizontales comprime un matériau introduit dans l'interstice entre la surface supérieure d'un plateau de broyage et un rouleau broyeur, réduisant ainsi le matériau en poudre. Le rouleau broyeur présente au moins un évidement annulaire coaxial par rapport à l'arbre du rouleau, réduisant ainsi les vibrations auto-induites tout en améliorant le rendement du broyeur. En outre, afin d'amplifier l'effet de l'évidement, la profondeur de ce dernier est plus grande que la taille moyenne des particules du matériau. La configuration de la section transversale de l'interstice entre le plateau de broyage et le rouleau broyeur est également conçue de manière à former un coin qui se rétrécit vers l'extérieur du plateau de broyage, le matériau broyé par compression étant empêché de s'échapper en direction de l'axe de l'arbre du rouleau, réduisant ainsi les vibrations auto-induites et améliorant le rendement du broyeur.
