Low temperature, storage stable, liquid mixtures of (1) isocyanato-containing prepolymers obtained from the reaction of linear and/or slightly branched polyols and a polyisocyanate characterized by a methylene group (CH2) bonded to two benzenoid nuclei, and (2) a non-hydroxyl-containing flow modifier which is compatible with the said prepolymer. Novel liquid mixtures thus prepared exhibit little tendency to crystallize or phase separate when stored for prolonged periods of time, i.e., well below room temperature for several days.

Mélanges liquides stables au stockage à basse température de (1) prépolymères contenant des isocyanates, obtenus de la réaction depolyols linéaires et /ou faiblement ramifiés et d'un polyisocyanate caractérisé par un groupe méthylène (CH2) lié à deux noyaux benzenoïdes, et (2) un modificateur d'écoulement ne contenant pasd'hydroxyle, compatible avec ledit prépolymère. Les nouveaux mélanges liquides ainsi préparés présentent une tendance réduite à la cristallisation ou à la séparation de phase lorsqu'ils sont stockés pendant des périodes de temps prolongées, par exemple bien en dessous de la température ambiante pendant plusieurs jours.
