A method of measuring transformation rate includes the steps of positioning an object (2) being inspected between a transmission coil (21) and a reception coil (22), supplying the transmission coil with an alternating current or a pulsed current or a combination thereof, and detecting transformation rate of the object from an electrical signal obtained from the reception coil. Also disclosed is an apparatus which is suitable for realizing this method.

Un procédé de mesure d'une vitesse de transformation consiste à positionner un objet (2) étant contrôlé entre une bobine d'émission (21) et une bobine de réception (22), à alimenter la bobine d'émission avec un courant alternatif ou un courant à impulsions ou une combinaison des deux, et à détecter la vitesse de transformation de l'objet à partir d'un signal électrique produit par la bobine de réception. On décrit également un dispositif approprié à l'application de ce procédé.
