Abstract
(EN) A heating boiler comprising a water inlet manifold (2), water outlet manifold (1) and a plurality of extruded aluminium finned tubes (3) extending between the manifolds (1 and 2) and communicating therewith in a watertight manner by way of press-fit ferrules (10). Two rows of tubes (3) are arranged within the casing (18) against opposite side walls and enclose a cavity which is split by a platform (21) into a combustion chamber (6) having a burner (11) and an exhaust chamber (23) having a flue (15). Combustion products pass from the combustion chamber into an intermediate zone (7) and thence into a condensation zone (8) where baffle (16) directs the products of combustion onto the fins of the tubes (3). In this latter zone condensation occurring on the fins is collected in tray (24) and may be drained via a port (25).
(FR) Une chaudière de chauffage comporte un collecteur d"admission d"eau (2), un collecteur d"évacuation d"eau (1) et une pluralité de tubes à ailettes en aluminium extrudé (3) s"étendant entre les collecteurs (1) et (2) et communiquant avec eux d"une manière étanche à l"eau grâce à des bagues (10) à montage par pression. Deux rangées de tubes (3) sont disposées à l"intérieur du boîtier (18) contre les parois latérales opposées et entourent une cavité divisée par une plate-forme (21) en une chambre de combustion (6) dotée d"un brûleur (11) et une chambre d"évacuation (23) possédant un tube foyer (15). Les produits de combustion passent de la chambre de combustion à une zone intermédiaire (7), et de là à une zone de condensation (8) où un déflecteur (16) dirige les produits de combustion sur les ailettes des tubes (3). Dans cette dernière zone, la condensation se produisant sur les ailettes est recueillie sur un plateau (24) et peut être évacuée par un orifice (25).
