Heat exchanger panel (1), comprised of two superposed plates (2 and 3) between which are provided channels (4 and 5) for a medium to be heated or cooled. Both plates (2 and 3) are made of a material which is difficult to be plated or which can not be plated. Between those two plates (2 and 3), an amorphous metal fixing layer (6) is provided, e.g. an alloy of nickel, iron or copper, which enables a binding of the plates (2 and 3) by means of a plating by cold rolling. Each of the plates (2 and 3) carries a plated cover layer (7, respectively 8) made of a metal resisting to aggressive and/or corrosive media, for example titanium, tantalum or stainless chromium-nickel-steel.
