Abstract:
(EN) A panel heater has a heating conductor (3) generating Joule heat is placed on the surface of an insulating porcelain layer (2a) of a substrate (1), which has an electrically insulated surface provided by the layer (2a), so that the conductor (3) is fixed onto the substrate (1), and a porcelain layer (4) covering the upper surface of the conductor (3) is provided. This heater has extremely heat-resistent components and a highly insulated external porcelain layer against high temperatures, and since it can be constructed to have a thin profile, its thermal capacity is small although it has a rapid heating property, and a high efficiency is provided by the high infrared radiation performance of the porcelain layer.
(FR) Un panneau chauffant possède un conducteur chauffant (3) produisant de la chaleur de Joule, placé sur la surface d"une couche de porcelaine isolante (2a) d"un substrat (1), qui possède une surface électriquement isolée formée par la couche (2a), de sorte que le conducteur (3) est fixé sur le substrat (1), et une couche de porcelaine (4) recouvrant la surface supérieure du conducteur (3) est également prévue. Ce radiateur possède des composants extrêmement thermorésistants et une couche extérieure de porcelaine très isolante contre les hautes températures.
