Abstract:
(EN) An image pickup tube has an indium ring arranged around the inner periphery of a ring-shaped electrode interposed between the front end of the tubular part of an image pickup tube body and a face plate to seal the tubular part and the face plate, and a support for a field mesh electrode is arranged facing the face plate within the indium ring, thereby providing a mechanical support for the field mesh electrode and leading in the current-feeding terminal. In this structure, a transparent conductive film, to which a target potential arranged over the inner surface of the face plate is applied, is provided with a field-intrusion prevention zone formed so as to surround substantially the entire outer part around the outside of the electron beam scanning range, and with a part between the electron beam scanning zone and the field-intrusion prevention zone from which the film is deflected. In this manner, the influence of the electric field due to the indium ring can be prevented, thereby avoiding any increase in the floating capacitance.
(FR) Un tube de prise d"images possède un anneau en indium disposé autour de la périphérie intérieure d"une électrode en forme d"anneau placée entre l"extrémité antérieure de la partie tubulaire d"un corps de tube de prise d"images et une plaque de face, de manière à sceller la partie tubulaire et la plaque de face, et un support pour une électrode à maille de champ est disposé devant la plaque de face à l"intérieur de l"anneau en indium, formant ainsi un support mécanique pour l"électrode à maille de champ, aussi bien qu"une entrée pour le terminal d"alimentation en courant. Dans cette structure, une pellicule conductrice transparente, à laquelle est appliqué un potentiel de cible disposé sur la surface interne de la plaque de face, est pourvue d"une zone empêchant l"intrusion du champ de manière à entourer sensiblement toute la partie extérieure autour de l"extérieur de la plaque de balayage du rayon d"électrons, et avec une partie entre la zone de balayage du rayon électronique et la zone empêchant l"intrusion du champ à partir de laquelle la pellicule est déviée. De cette façon, on peut éliminer toute influence du champ électrique provoquée par l"anneau d"indium, afin d"éviter tout accroissement de la capacitance flottante.
