Abstract:
(EN) The boiler is constructed as a water tube boiler in which the heat exchanging surfaces are tube spirals (11). The boiler is preferably cylindrical, and the flues are of annular shape as seen from above. The space inside the innermost tube spiral is used as a by-pass channel in the boiler. The by-pass channel (13) is constructed so that it also functions as an absorption sound damper. In order to improve the sound damping efficiency, the damper can be provided with an additional damping cylinder (15, 16, 23). A spark breaker (17) is arranged as a support structure for the additional damping cylinder. A channel (18) extending into the boiler is shaped so that it conducts all exhaust gases to the sound damping by-pass channel (13) when a regulating means (12) on top of the sound damper is in open position. Also the flow in the convection section (21) is indirectly regulated by means of the same regulating means (12).
(FR) La chaudière est construite comme une chaudière à tubes d"eau où les surfaces d"échange de chaleur sont des tubes en spirale (11). La chaudière est cylindrique de préférence et les conduits de fumée ont une forme annulaire comme vu du haut. L"espace délimité par le tube en spirale le plus à l"intérieur est utilisé comme canal de dérivation dans la chaudière. Le canal de dérivation (13) est construit de façon à fonctionner également comme dispositif d"insonorisation. Pour améliorer son efficacité d"insonorisation, on peut adjoindre au dispositif d"insonorisation un cylindre d"insonorisation supplémentaire (15, 16, 23). Un rupteur à étincelle (17) est disposé comme structure de soutien pour le cylindre d"insonorisation supplémentaire. Un canal (18) s"étendant dans la chaudière est d"une forme lui permettant de conduire tous les gaz d"échappement au canal d"insonorisation de dérivation (13) lorsqu"un mécanisme régulateur (12) placé sur le dispositif d"insonorisation est en position ouverte. Le flux de la section de convection (21) est réglé indirectement par ce même mécanisme régulateur (12).
