Abstract:
(EN) 1-amino-4-oxy-3-(mercapto-alkyl)-(unbranched chain)-benzenes, having particularly the formula (I) wherein R and R2 are hydrogen or an alkyl residue with 1 to 6 atoms of carbon, R" is hydrogen, an alkyl residue with 1 to 6 atoms of carbon or the group -COR1 wherein R1 is hydrogen or an alkyl residue with 1 to 6 atoms of carbon, and A is an unbranched alkyl chain with 5 atoms of carbon at the most, as well as their S-acylated derivatives, S-S-dimers derivatives and salts thereof. Those compounds have a pharmacological activity, particularly an analgesic activity.
(FR) 1-amino-4-oxy-3-(mercapto-alcoyle)-(en chaîne non-ramifiée)-benzènes, en particulier de formule (I) dans laquelle R et R2 signifient l"hydrogène ou un reste alcoyle avec 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, R" signifie l"hydrogène, un reste alcoyle avec 1 à 6 atomes de carbone ou le groupe -COR1 où R1 désigne l"hydrogène ou un reste alcoyle avec 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, et A signifie une chaîne alcoyle non-ramifiée avec au maximum 5 atomes de carbone, ainsi que leurs dérivés S-acylés, leurs dérivés S-S-dimères et leurs sels. Ces composés présentent une activité pharmacologique, en particulier analgésique.
