Abstract:
(EN) The manufacture is preferably carried out by removal of chips, and to this effect the workpiece (1) rotates about a fixed axis with a constant speed, while the tool (13) is guided along a closed path. The rotation speed of the workpiece (1) is independent of the peripheral speed of the tool (13) along its path, while the tool (13) travelling along its path has a continuous action on the workpiece (1). The peripheral speed of the tool (13) is modified during one full revolution depending on the rotation speed of the workpiece (1), the path of the tool (13) and the desired polygonal profile. The tool is guided along a cylindrical path, preferably with a translation motion.
(FR) La fabrication a lieu de préférence par enlèvement de copeaux, et dans ce but la pièce à usiner (1) tourne autour d"un axe fixe avec une vitesse constante, tandis que l"outil (13) est guidée le long d"une trajectoire fermée. La vitesse de rotation de la pièce (1) est indépendante de la vitesse périphérique de l"outil (13) tout le long de sa trajectoire, tandis que l"outil (13), en parcourant la trajectoire, agit de façon continue sur la pièce (1). La vitesse périphérique de l"outil (13) est modifiée pendant une révolution complète en dépendance de la vitesse de rotation de la pièce (1), de la trajectoire de l"outil (13) et du profil polygonal désiré. L"outil est guidé le long d"une trajectoire cylindrique, de préférence avec un mouvement de translation.
