Abstract:
(EN) Compounds having the formula I wherein the symbols A, B, Z, R1-R5, X, m and n have the meanings given in claim 1; the invention also encompasses a method for the preparation of said compounds. An other object of the invention relates to compounds having the formula VII wherein the symbols A, B, R1-R5, X', m and n have the meanings given in claim 2; the invention also relates to a method for their preparation. The compounds of formula I and VII are characterized by neuroleptic, hypotensive and bradycardic characteristics.
(FR) L'invention concerne les composés de formule I, dans laquelle les symboles A, B, Z, R1-R5, X, m et n ont les significations données à la revendication 1; l'invention englobe également un procédé de leur préparation. Un autre objet de l'invention concerne les composés de formule VII: dans laquelle les symboles A, B, R1-R5, X', m et n ont les significations données à la revendication 2; l'invention englobe également un procédé de leur préparation. Les composés de formule I et VII se caractérisent par des propriétés neuroleptiques, hypotensives et bradycardiques.
