Abstract

The heating body is cut out of a metal sheet (1) and delimited by slots (2) obtained by punching on a plastic foam support (4). The opposite edges of said slots (2) are spaced from each other by deformation of the portion of the conductor (7) adjacent to said slots, said portion being obtained by the bevelled shape of the portion of the puncher (3) delimiting the cutting ridge and by the compressibility of the material forming the support (4). According to the manufacturing process of this heating body, its outer profile as well as the slots (2) are obtained by a single punching operation.

Ce corps de chauffe est découpé dans une feuille métallique (1) et délimité par des fentes (2) obtenues par découpage à l'emporte-pièce sur un support (4) en mousse de matière plastique. Les bords opposés de ces fentes (2) sont écartés l'un de l'autre par déformation de la portion du conducteur (7) adjacente à ces fentes, obtenue par la forme biseautée de la partie du découpoir (3) délimitant l'arète de coupe et par la compressibilité du matériau formant le support (4). Selon le procédé de fabrication de ce corps de chauffe, son profil externe ainsi que les fentes (2) sont obtenus par une seule et même opération de découpage à l'emporte-pièce.
