(EN)The lacs are appropriate for the cataphoretic deposit of a coating on electrically conducting substrates used as cathodes. They are prepared with 5 - 35% by weight at least of an epoxy resin, 2 - 20% by weight at least of a ketonic and/or hydrocarbonated resin, 15 - 60% by weight at least of a cationic synthetic resin with functional groups, present with a concentration of 10-70% as a dispersion or solution, 5 - 30% by weight at least of an organic cross-linking agent, solid at room temperature and 0 to 70% by weight of pigments and/or additives. All these compounds are mixed in a ground aggregate state, in one or a plurality of steps, one step at least occuring in a wet medium, so as to form an homogeneous lac which has a particle size of less than 100, preferably less than 15 (Alpha)m. The mixture is then brought with water at a solid particle content required by a substrate which is preferably comprise between 1 and 30% by weight. The method allows to obtain a good homogeneity of the particles and thereby a uniform thickness of the coating layer exhibiting a particularly high resilience resistance.
(FR)Les laques ont appropriees pour le depot par cataphorese d'un revetement sur des substrats conducteurs d'electricite, utilises comme cathodes. On les prepare a partir de 5 -35% en poids au moins d'une resine epoxyde, 2 - 20% en poids au moins d'une resine cetonique et/ou hydrocarbonee, 15 -60% en poids au moins d'une resine synthetique cationique avec groupes fonctionnels, presente a raison de 10 - 50% sous forme de dispersion ou de solution, 5 - 30% en poids au moins d'un agent de reticulation organique, solide a la temperature ambiante et 0 a 70% en poids de pigments et/ou d'additifs. Tous ces composes sont melanges a l'etat d'agregats broyes, en une ou plusieurs etapes, une etape au moins ayant lieu en milieu mouille, de facon a former une laque homogene qui possede une grandeur de particules de moins de 100, de preference moins de 15 (Alpha)m. Le melange est ensuite amene avec de l'eau a une teneur en particules solides exigee par le substrat qui est de preference de 1 a 30% en poids. Le procede permet d'obtenir une grande homogeneite particules et par consequent une epaisseur reguliere de la couche du revetement montrant une resistance a la resilience particulierement elevee.
