(EN)Coupling device between two rotors (2, 4) comprising a plate (1, 3) terminating each rotor. It comprises tightening bolts (5) and a plurality of elements (6) for clamping the plates (1, 3), each element (6) comprising a sleeve (17) cut in two halves, which is externally cylindrical and internally conical, arranged within bores (12, 14), of the same precise size and facing each other in both plates when the rotors (2, 4) are in alignment. A spindle (20) having a conic portion (21) pushes back the sleeve portions (17) against the walls of the bores (12, 14) making thereby both plates integral without any play. During normal operation, a good shearing resistance capacity is obtained due to the absence of strains in the elements (6). When operating at a higher torque than the normal torque, the sleeve portions (17) are deformed but may-be extracted very easily. Utilization in turbo-alternators.

Il comprend des boulons de serrage (5) et plusieurs elements (6) de solidarisation des plateaux (1, 3), chaque element (6) comprend une douille (17) coupee en deux, cylindrique exterieurement et conique interieurement disposee dans des alesages (12, 14) de precision de meme dimension se faisant face dans les deux plateaux et situes exactement en face l"un de l"autre lorsque les rotors (2, 4) sont alignes. Une broche (20) comportant une partie conique (21) vient repousser les parties de douille (17) contre les parois des alesages (12, 14) solidarisant ainsi sans jeu les deux plateaux. En cas de fonctionnement normal, bonne capacite de resistance au cisaillement due a l"absence de contrainte dans les elements (6). En cas de couple superieur au couple normal, les parties de douille (17) se deforment mais peuvent etre extraites tres aisement. Utilisation dans les turboalternateurs.
