Title (EN) METHOD FOR REDUCING BY DIALYSIS THE ALCOHOL CONTENT OF FERMENTED DRINKS
(FR) PROCEDE POUR REDUIRE PAR DIALYSE L"ALCOOL DE BOISSONS FERMENTEES
Abstract: front page image
(EN)Method of dialysis consisting in bringing on one side of the dialysis membrane a fermented drink, obtained through a conventional method while on the other side an appropriate dialysis liquid with extractive substances (fruit juice without alcohol and alcohol-free fermented drink) is allowed to flow, allowing to obtain at the same time two commercial drinks having a low alcohol content. In order to improve the low alcohol content drink, the liquid containing the extract is introduced, if necessary, in a close circuit and alcohol is extracted from the dialysate by vacuum distillation.
