(EN)An arrangement, Fig. 1, for cooling metal workpieces (7), bars (7) or the like and for recovering their cooling heat, which arrangement comprises a fluidized bed, in which solid particles (3) are intended to be carried by a gas. The arrangement further comprises a substantially horizontally arranged conveyor (8) capable to transport said workpieces (7) etc. through the bed, and pipes (16, 30) for transporting and energy-absorbing medium, for example water and/or steam. The arrangement is characterized in that said pipes (16, 30) are located between distributors (13) or similar gas inlets to the bed, which are arranged in the arrangement bottom (4), and said conveyor (8). The arrangement further is characterized in that at least one grating (19) or the like is located between the pipes (16, 30) and the conveyor (8), which grating (19) is capable both to protect the pipes (16, 30) against, for example, incorrectly transported workpieces (7) etc. and to crush air bubbles in the mass of particles (3), thereby effecting a more uniform heat transfer between bed material (3) and the pipes (16, 30).
(FR)Un dispositif, Fig. 1, de refroidissement de pieces a usiner metalliques (7), de barres (7) ou autres et de recuperation de leur chaleur de refroidissement, comprend un lit fluidise dans lequel des particules solides (3) sont destinees a etre transportees par un gaz. Le dispositif comprend en outre une transporteuse sensiblement horizontale (8) capable de transporter ces pieces a usiner (7) au travers du lit, et des tubes (16, 30) pour transporter un milieu d"absorption d"energie, par exemple de l"eau et/ou de la vapeur. Le dispositif est caracterise en ce que ces tubes (16, 30) sont positionnes entre des distributeurs (13) ou des entrees de gaz semblables dans le lit, lesquels sont disposes au fond (4) du dispositif, et ladite transporteuse (8). Le dispositif est en outre caracterise en ce qu"au moins une grille (19) ou autre est placee entre les tuyaux (16, 30) et la transporteuse (8), laquelle grille (19) est capable a la fois de proteger les tubes (16, 30) contre des pieces a usiner transportees de maniere incorrecte (7) et d"ecraser des bulles d"air dans la masse de particules (3), effectuant ainsi un transfert de chaleur plus uniforme entre le materiau du lit (3) et les tubes (16, 30).
