(EN)An electon-optical device comprises a magnetic circuit (1) which is shaped as a closed coil and is made of a ferromagnetic material having a good magnetic permeability, the magnetic circuit (1) including an internal core (2), an external lateral part (3) and butt-end jaws (4, 5). The inner hollow of the magnetic circuit (1) houses an exciting winding (13) which encircles the internal core (2) and which is common for all the electromagnetic lenses of the device. The inner core (2) of the magnetic circuit (1), being also common for all the electromagnetic lenses of the device, is shaped as an elongated hollow cylinder provided with annular grooves (16) on its outer surface. The annular grooves (16), together with the adjacent parts of the inner core (2) placed on both sides of each of the annular grooves (16), are forming the poles of the electromagnetic lenses, the number of which is equal to that of the electromagnetic lenses in the device.
(FR)Un dispositif electronique-optique comprend un circuit magnetique (1) qui se presente sous la forme d"une bobine fermee et 6 est fabrique en un materiau ferromagnetique ayant une bonne permeabilite magnetique, le circuit magnetique (1) comprenant un noyau interne (2), une piece laterale externe (3) et des machoires en bout a bout (4, 5). Dans la cavite interieure du circuit magnetique (1) est loge un enroulement d"excitation (13) qui encercle le noyau interne (2) et qui est commun a toutes les lentilles electromagnetiques du dispositif. Le noyau interne (2) du circuit magnetique (1), etant egalement commun a toutes les lentilles electromagnetiques du dispositif, se presente sous la forme d"un cylindre creux allonge pourvu de rainures annulaires (16) sur sa surface externe. Les rainures annulaires (16), ainsi que les pieces adjacentes du noyau interne (2) placees des deux cotes de chacune des rainures annulaires (16), forment les poles des lentilles electromagnetiques dont le nombre est egal a celui des lentilles electromagnetiques du dispositif.
