(EN)The discharge valve comprises a casing communicating with a cuff to be placed around the arm and with the manometer (1), casing which, in its portion intended to form the seat (25) of the air outlet, is covered with a washer (2) of elastic material. The washer (2) is provided on its outer part with an annular control element (3) which allows its lifting from the seat (25). The face of the washer (2) opposite to the seat (25) is supported by a plane surface (16) having the shape of a circular crown of which the diameter is at least almost equal to that of the circle defined by the support line of the casing on the side of the washer facing the air outlet (25), the air outlet (25) having a diameter (respectively a distance) smaller than the diameter of the circle defined by the support line, the washer (2) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the support plane surface (16). Therefore a valve spring is not required.
(FR)La soupape de decharge presente un boitier en communication avec une manchette a mettre autour du bras et avec le manometre (1), boitier qui, dans sa partie destinee a former le siege (25) de sortie d"air, est recouvert d"une rondelle (2) en matiere elastique. La rondelle (2) est pourvue sur sa partie exterieure d"un element de commande (3) annulaire qui permet de la soulever du siege (25). La face de la rondelle (2) opposee au siege (25) est supportee par une surface (16) plane ayant forme de couronne circulaire, dont le diametre est au moins a peu pres egal a celui de cercle defini par la ligne d"appui sur le boitier du cote de la rondelle vis-a-vis de la sortie d"air (25), la sortie d"air (25) ayant un diametre (respectivement une distance) plus petit que le diametre du cercle defini par la ligne d"appui, la rondelle (2) ayant un diametre plus grand que le diametre de la surface plane d"appui (16). Il n"est donc pas necessaire d"utiliser un ressort de soupape.
