Abstract
(EN) Hot water-solid fuel gravity separation feed preparation unit (492) to float organic solids to a water evaporator (514) and to facilitate organic mud pumping to a coal gasification, treating, and particulate-removal reactor (758). The reactor yields a clean producer gas and methyl alcohol, ammonia and other valuable by-products. Within the hot water circulating system, the treating reagents (CaCO3 and BaCO3) are regenerated, aluminum and iron hydroxide are recovered from solid municipal wastes, and ammonium sulfate fertilizer and calcium sulfate building board are recovered from coal sulfur. Nitrogen and carbon dioxide generated in the process are used to generate considerable electricity
(FR) Une unite de preparation d'alimentation par separation par gravite eau chaude-combustible solide (492) permet de faire flotter les solides organiques dans un evaporateur d'eau (514) et de faciliter le pompage de boue organique vers un reacteur d'enlevement de particules, de traitement, et de gazeification du charbon (758). Le reacteur produit un gaz de gazogene et de l'alcool methylique pur, de l'ammoniac et d'autres sous-produits derives de valeur. Dans le systeme de circulation a eau chaude, les agents de reaction de traitement (CaCO3 et BaCO3) sont regeneres, l'hydroxyde d'aluminium et l'hydroxyde de fer sont recuperes a partir de dechets municipaux solides, et de l'engrais de sulfate d'ammonium et des plaques de construction au sulfate de calcium sont recuperes a partir du sulfure de carbone. Du dioxyde d'azote et du dioxyde de carbone generes dans le procede sont utilises pour produire de l'electricite en quantite considerable.
