Abstract
(EN) A photoelectric smoke detector for providing indications of both alarm and trouble conditions has a source of light (16), a detector apparatus having a light responsive device (18), said detector apparatus providing an output subject to a first change dependent upon the presence of smoke, the smoke detector further having a housing (19) for mounting the source of light and the light responsive device, the housing (19) having light path means (22, 23) for allowing light from the source of light (16) to fall upon the light responsive device (18), the output from the detector apparatus being subject to a second change dependent upon trouble conditions, a first level sensor (33) responsive to the first change to provide an alarm indication by an alarm means (41), and a second level sensor (34) responsive to the second change to provide a trouble indication by an alarm means (41, 42).
(FR) Un detecteur de fumee photo-electrique fournissant des indications de condition d'alarme ou de derangement possede une source de lumiere (16), un dispositif de detection possedant un dispositif (18) sensible a la lumiere, ledit dispositif de detection fournissant un signal de sortie sujet a une premiere variation dependant de la presence de fumee. Le detecteur de fumee possede en outre un boitier (19) pour le montage de la source de lumiere et du dispositif sensible a la lumiere, le boitier (19) possedant des moyens de chemins optiques (22, 23) de maniere a permettre a la lumiere emise par la source de lumiere (16) de tomber sur le dispositif (18) sensible a la lumiere. La sortie du dispositif de detection est sujette a une deuxieme variation dependant des conditions de derangement, un premier detecteur (33) de niveau etant sensible a la premiere variation de maniere a fournir une indication d'alarme par un moyen d'alarme (41), et un deuxieme detecteur (34) de niveau etant sensible a la deuxieme variation de maniere a fournir une indication de derangement par un moyen d'alarme (41, 42).
