(EN)A condition monitoring system for remotely sensing or monitoring a predetermined condition or slate, by means of one or a multiplicity of detecting stations (1-N). A scanning or control panel (17) is electrically connected with the detecting stations by means of four wires (21-24) extending from the panel. Two of the four wires (22, 24) are power and return leads from the scanning panel to all of the detecting stations, a third wire (23) provides an interrogation pulse with the first detecting station receiving an interrogation pulse from the scanning panel and each succeeding detector station receiving an interrogation pulse generated by the preceding detector station at a predetermined later time following receipt of the interrogation pulse from the preceding detector station and the fourth wire (21) carries a width controlled pulse train of timewise spaced data pulses generated by the detecting stations in response to receipt of a interrogation pulse.
(FR)Un systeme moniteur de conditions est destine a detecter ou controler a distance une condition ou un etat predetermine a l'aide d'une ou plusieurs stations de detection (1-N). Un tableau d'exploration ou de commande (17) est electriquement connecte aux stations de detection au moyen de quatre fils (21- 24) partant du tableau.
