(EN)A device for rotating cylindrical bodies of multilayer high-pressure vessels wound up of a coiled steel strip (2) comprises rotators (3) in which are fixed the butt-end parts of the multilayer high-pressure vessels. The device comprises as well two roller supports (5, 6) located between the rotators (3) of the body. Each of the roller supports (5, 6) is provided with a bogie (11) moving along rails (10) and supporting a frame (13) which is vertically movable in guiding elements (12) of the bogie. The frame (13) rests by its lower part (14) on load-carrying elements (15) fixed on the opposite sides of the bogie (11). The roller supports (5, 6) are provided as well with rollers (22) mounted on the frame (13) and carrying the cylindrical part of the body (1) of the multilayer high-pressure vessel. The device comprises as well a counter (33) of the number of layers of the steel strip in the course of winding-up the body (1) of the multilayer high-pressure vessel. The counter is located between the two roller supports (5, 6) and contact with the edge of the steel strip (2) at the moments of change of the diameter of the body (1) of the multilayer high-pressure vessels when winding-up every new layer of the steel strip (2). Each of the load-carrying elements (15) is executed as a hydraulic cylinder connected with a hydraulic system (19, 20) provided with a shut-on valve (41), hydraulically connected to the hydraulic cylinder, and with a low-pressure pump (36), electrically connected to the counter (33) of the number of layers of the steel strip. The low-pressure pump (36) is hydraulically connected to a low-pressure relay (40) electrically connected to the shut-off valve (41) of that hydraulic system (19) and to the shut-off valve (41) of the other hydraulic system (20). The counter (33) of the number of layers of the steel strip and the low-pressure relay (49) of the other hydraulic system (20) are electrically connected to a high-pressure pump (39). The device is provided as well with regulators (50, 51) of the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder, the number of those regulators corresponding to the number of layers of the steel strip (2) of the body (1). Each of the pressure regulators (50, 51) is hydraulically connected to the shut-off valve (41) of that hydraulic system (19) and is electrically connected, through high-pressure relays (55, 56), to the shut-off valve (41) of the other hydraulic system (20).
(FR)Un dispositif de rotation de corps cylindriques de conteneurs de haute pression a multi-couches enroules d"une bande d"acier en spirale (2) comprend des organes de rotation (3) dans lesquels sont fixes les parties en bout a bout des conteneurs a haute pression a multi-couches. Le dispositif comprend egalement deux supports de galets (5, 6) situes entre les organes de rotation (3) du corps. Chacun des supports de galets (5, 6) est pourvu d"un bogie (11) se deplacant le long de rails (10) et supportant une structure (13) qui est mobile verticalement dans des elements de guidage (12) du bogie. La structure (13) repose par sa partie inferieure (14) sur des elements de charge (15) fixes sur les cotes opposes du bogie (11). Les supports de roues (5, 6) sont pourvus egalement de roues (22) montees sur la structure (13) et portant la partie cylindrique du corps (1) du conteneur a haute pression a multi-couches. Le dispositif comprend egalement un compteur (33) pour compter le nombre de couches de la bande d"acier pendant l"enroulement du corps (1) du conteneur a haute pression a multi-couches. Le compteur est situe entre les deux supports de roues (5, 6) et vient au contact du bord de la bande d"acier (2) lors des changements de diametre du corps (1) des conteneurs haute pression a multi-couches lors de l"enroulement de chaque nouvelle couche de la bande d"acier (2). Chacun des elements de charge (15) est realise sous la forme d"un cylindre hydraulique connecte a un systeme hydraulique (19, 20) pourvu d"une vanne de coupure (41) connectee hydrauliquement au cylindre hydraulique et pourvue d"une pompe basse pression (36), connectee electriquement au compteur (33) de comptage du nombre de couches de la bande d"acier. La pompe basse pression (36) est hydrauliquement connectee a un relais basse pression (49) electriquement connecte a la vanne de coupure (41) de ce systeme hydraulique (19) et a la vanne de coupure (41) de l"autre systeme hydraulique (20). Le compteur (33) de comptage du nombre de couches de la bande d"acier et le relais basse pression (49) de l"autre systeme hydraulique (20) sont electriquement connectes a une pompe haute pression (39). Le dispositif est pourvu egalement de regulateurs (50, 51) de la pression dans le cylindre hydraulique, le nombre de ces regulateurs correspondant au nombre de couches de la bande d"acier (2) du corps (1). Chacun de ces regulateurs de pression (50, 51) est hydrauliquement connecte a la vanne de coupure (41) de ce systeme hydraulique (19) et est electriquement connecte, par l"intermediaire de relais haute pression (55, 56), a la vanne de coupure (41) de l"autre systeme hydraulique (20).
