(EN)A multi-layered vessel constituted by an inner layer (A) of thermoplastic polyester resin, an intermediate layer (B) of m-xylylene group-containing polyamide resin, and an outer layer of water permeation-resistant synthetic resin, with said inner layer (A) and said intermediate layer (B) in thin portions being oriented at least in one direction. This vessel is produced by stretching a parison with a multilayered structure constituted by the inner layer (A), intermediate layer (B), and outer layer (C) 1 to 4 times in the longitudinal direction and 2 to 7 times in the transverse direction within such temperature range that the surface temperature is between (Tg of said thermoplastic polyester resin + 15 C) and (2(Tg) + 15 C). The use of a thermoplastic polyester resin for said inner layer (A) provides this vessel with excellent transparency, chemical resistance, impact resistance, etc., and the use of m-xylylene group-containing polyamide resin for the intermediate layer (B) provides excellent oxygen gas-interrupting properties.

Ce recipient est produit par etirement d"une paraison avec une structure multicouche constituee par la couche interne (A), la couche intermediaire (B) et une couche externe (C) de 1 a 4 fois dans le sens longitudinal et de 2 a 7 fois dans le sens transversal dans une plage de temperature telle que la temperature de la surface se trouve entre (Tg de la resine polyester thermoplastique + 15 C) et (2 (Tg) + 15 C). L"utilisation d"une resine polyester thermoplastique pour ladite couche interne (A) donne a ce recipient des caracteristiques excellentes de transparence, de resistance chimique, de resistance aux chocs, etc., et l"utilisation d"une resine polyamide contenant un groupe m-xylylene pour la couche intermediaire (B) donne d"excellentes proprietes d"interruption du gaz oxygene.
