(EN)Oligo saccharides obtained from heparin comprising heparinic constituents having a molecular weight comprised between 2000 and 50000. These oligo saccharides have a high affinity for AT (III) and a high YIN-WESSLER titre. The ratio of the YIN-WESSLER"s titre thereof to the USP titre thereof is at least 30. They are comprised of saccharidic chaines containing not more than eight saccharidic patterns. They have a characteristic signal in the region C-2 of the residue N-sulfate-glucosamin. They exhibit an antithrombotic activity and therefore are appropriate to be used as antithrombotic medicaments.

Ces oligosaccharides possedent une affinite elevee pour l"AT III et un titre Yin-Wessler eleve. Le rapport de leur titre Yin-Wessler a leur titre USP est d"au moins 30. Ils sont constitues de chaines saccharidiques ne refermant pas plus de huit motifs saccharidiques. Ils possedent un signal caracteristique dans la region C-2 de residu N-sulfate-glucosamine. Ils sont doues"activite antithrombotique et sont donc utilisables comme medicaments antithrombotiques.
