(EN)A device for leading out a charge-particle beam into the atmosphere comprising at least one scanning electromagnet (4, 5) for creating an alternating deflection field ensuring periodical movements of the beam along the surface of the outlet window (2) of a vacuum chamber (1), at least one permanent magnet (12) for deflecting the beam outside from the outlet window (2) and at least one compensating winding (13) for creating a deflection field to compensate the deflection field of the permanent magnet (12). The compensating winding (13) is connected to a direct current source (15) through a circuit breaker (14) ensuring connection of the compensating winding (13) to the direct current source (15) in the presence of the alternating deflection field and ensuring disconnection of the compensating winding (13) from the direct current source (15) in the absence of the said field.
