In the formula of TaXbZc: T represents one, two or more of Fe, Co, and Ni; X represents one, two or more of Zr, Ti, Hf, and Y; Z represents one, two or more of B, C, Si, Al, Ge, Bi, S, and P; a represents 70 to 98 atom%; b represents 30 atom% or less; c represents 15 atom% or less; with the sum of a, b, and c being 100 atom%.
