(EN)The infrared absorption is measured in a sample (2) containing the substance tested for. At the same time is determined the absorption of two different wave lengthes ((Alpha)1, (Alpha)2) by selecting the first wave length ((Alpha)1) in such a way that if the concentration of the substance tested for varies in the sample (2), there is a negligible or no absorption variation whereas the second wave length ((Alpha)2) is located in an absorption band of the substance after the variation intensity measurements (I1 and I2) at the two wave lengthes, the signal is normed by the quotient (I2/I1). The process allowes a reproduceable quantitative measurement in a natural biological medium or in dialysates without pre-treatement of the sample and with small quantities of substances. By selecting the second wave length, a plurality of substances may be tested for.
(FR)On mesure l"absorption infrarouge dans un echantillon (2) contenant la substance recherchee. On determine en meme temps l"absorption pour deux longueurs d"ondes differentes ((Alpha)1, (Alpha)2) en choisissant la premiere longueur d"onde ((Alpha)1) de telle maniere que si la concentration de la substance recherchee varie dans l"echantillon (2) il y a une variation d"absorption nulle ou negligeable alors que la deuxieme longueur d"onde ((Alpha)2) se situe dans une bande d"absorption de la substance. Apres les mesures d"intensites de rayonnement (I1 et I2) aux deux longueurs d"ondes le signal est norme par le quotient (I2/I1). Le procede permet une mesure quantitative reproductible dans un milieu biologique naturel ou dans des dialysats sans pretraitement de l"echantillon et avec des petites quantites de substances. Par le choix de la deuxieme longueur d"onde on peut rechercher plusieurs substances.
