(EN)"Release on demand" pressure-sensitive adhesives and tapes which remain firmly adhered to substrates for long periods of time but are readily detackifiable by exposure to actinic radiation. The adhesive system has an oxirane ring-bearing component blended therein to (or preferably reacted therewith) to achieve an adhesive epoxy equivalent value of 400-900, preferably 450-700. The adhesive system also includes an effective amount of ionic photoinitiator capable of promoting the polymerization of oxirane rings.
(FR)Adhesifs et bandes adhesives sensibles a la pression "detachables sur demande" qui adherent fermement sur des substrats pendant de longues periodes de temps mais sont facilement decollables en les exposant a un rayonnement actinique. Le systeme adhesif possede un composant portant des cycles d'oxyrane melanges a celui-ci (ou de preference reagissant avec celui-ci) pour donner une valeur equivalente a une resine epoxy adhesive de 400-900 de preference 450-700. Le systeme adhesif comprend aussi une quantite effective d'un photo-initiateur ionique capable de favoriser la polymerisation des cycles oxyrane.
