(EN)A tubular-lamellar heat exchanger comprises flat tubes (1) arranged in parallel rows and fixed in openings (8) pierced in cooled plates (2, 3). In a cross-section along the flow direction of another medium, for example gaseous heat-carrying medium, the plates (2, 3) have a profile of continuous and symmetrically undulating lines, so as to form an undulating channel for passage of that gaseous heat-carrying medium. Projections (4) and depressions (5) of each plate are located against projections (6) and depressions (7) of the adjacent plate (3), so that alternating diffuser and converging zones are formed along the channels. The projections (4, 6) and the depressions (5, 7) of the cooled plates (2, 3) are conjugated with each other through straight parts (10) having the same angle ((Alpha)) of inclination to the axis (11) of symmetry of their cross-section undulating line, that angle being equal to 8 to 45 . The internal radius (R) of conjugation between the projections (4, 6) and the depressions (5, 7) does not exceed 20 times the thickness of the material of the cooled plate (2, 3). For providing a better thermal contact between the flat tubes (1) and the cooled plates (2, 3), caked with each other, the crimps (9) of the pierced openings (8) are shaped, throughout their surface, following the surface generating lines of the tubes (1).
(FR)Un echangeur de chaleur tubulaire-lamellaire comprend des tubes plats (1) disposes en rangees paralleles et fixes dans des ouvertures (8) amenagees dans des plaques refroidies (2, 3). Dans une coupe suivant la direction d"ecoulement d"un autre milieu, par exemple, un milieu gazeux de transport de chaleur, les plaques (2, 3) ont un profil de lignes d"ondulation continues et symetriques, de maniere a former un canal ondulant de passage de cet agent gazeux de transport de chaleur. Des projections (4) et des depressions (5) de chaque plaque sont situees contre des projections (6) et des depressions (7) de la plaque adjacente (3), de maniere a former des zones alternees de diffusion et de convergence le long des canaux. Les projections (4, 6) et les depressions (5, 7) des plaques refroidies (2, 3) sont conjuguees entre elles au travers de pieces droites (10) ayant le meme angle ((Alpha)) d"inclinaison par rapport a l"axe (11) de symetrie de leurs lignes d"ondulation en coupe, cet angle etant de 8 a 45 . Le rayon interne (R) de conjugaison entre les projections (4, 6) et les depressions (5, 7) n"est pas superieur a 20 fois l"epaisseur du materiau de la plaque refroidie (2, 3). Pour assurer un meilleur contact thermique entre les tubes plats (1) et les plaques refroidies (2, 3), agglomeres les uns aux autres, les sertissages (9) des ouvertures percees (8) sont faconnes, sur toute leur surface, en suivant les lignes de surface des tubes (1).
