(EN)A method of electroslag welding with a plate electrode and a flux therefor are intended for welding heavy buses of electric installations, in particular, buses of the electrolizers which are mounted within the areas of influence of high-tension magnetic fields at the non-ferrous metallurgy and chemical industry enterprises. The method consists in drawing together the parts to be welded until obtaining a gap corresponding to the following ratio between the reference surface "B" of the gap, the surface "A" of the horizontal cross-section of the welding electrode and the surface "C" of the projection of the welding bath top A:B:C: = 1:(1.2 to 1.5):(2.5 to 4.5). The flux used in the electroslag welding process includes lithium and sodium fluorides and, in addition, potassium and calcium fluorides at the following component ratio in% by weight: lithium fluoride 60.0 to 90.0, sodium fluoride 5.0 to 20.0, calcium fluoride 1.0 to 5.0, potassium fluoride 4.0 to 15.0.
(FR)Un procede de soudage sous laitier electroconducteur avec une electrode en plaque et un flux utilises pour le soudage de buses de grande capacite d"installations electriques en particulier des buses d"electrolyseur qui sont montees dans les regions d"influence de champ magnetique de haute tension dans l"industrie chimique et metallurgique non ferreuse. Le procede consiste a rapprocher les pieces a souder jusqu"a obtenir un espace correspondant au rapport suivant entre la surface de reference (B) de l"espacement, la surface (A) de la section horizontale de l"electrode de soudage et la surface (C) de la projection du haut du bain de soudage: A: B: C = 1: (1,2 a 1,5): (2,5 a 4,5). Le flux utilise dans le procede de soudage sous laitier electroconducteur comprend des fluorures de lithium et de sodium et, de plus, des fluorures de potassium et de calcium dans des rapports de pourcentage en poids: fluorure de lithium... 60,0 a 90,0 fluorure de sodium... 5,0 a 20,0 fluorure de calcium... 1,0 a 5,0 fluorure de potassium 4,0 a 15,0.
