(EN)The device for salting pieces of meat comprises a conveyor (8) which leads to the vicinity of two cylinders (2) with horizontal axis. These cylinders are provided with injection needles (30, ...) which stick the moving meat pieces to inject the brine coming from a control system arranged inside the cylinders. This device provides an improvement in the sense that the brine required may be rapidly and evenly distributed and injected with substantially no loss. This is achieved by a particular design of the flowing control of the brine from a chamber formed between the hollow bodies (2.1, 2.2, ...) of the cylinders (2) and of a fixed supply pipe (81) for supplying the brine in the holes(301) of the needles. The control is so designed that only the needles which are driven in a meat piece are connected to the hollow body (2.1) filled with brine under pressure.
