(EN)The device comprises a means (1) for forming a charge-particle beam, and, located coaxially and consecutively along the beam, an accelerating tube (2) for imparting to the beam speeds close to the light speed, a deflecting system (4) for circular scanning of the beam and a ring resonator (9) of the travelling wave. At least one more resonator (two resonators (10, 11), as proposed) similar to the resonator (9), is mounted consecutively on the latter. The resonators (9, 10, 11) are provided with means (12, 13, 14), respectively, for taking-off the SHF power and leading it out, annular slots being provided in their wide walls for passing the beam through the resonators (9, 10, 11) and leading it out into a collector (16). The electrovacuum SHF device can be used as high-power amplifiers or multipliers of high and super high frequencies in various radio systems, for example, in charge-particle accelerators.
(FR)Un dispositif comprend des moyens (1) de formation d"un rayon de particules de charge et, situe coaxialement et adjacent au rayon, un tube d"acceleration (2) donnant au rayon des vitesses avoisinant la vitesse de la lumiere, un systeme de deflection (4) d"exploration circulaire du rayon et un resonateur a bague (9) de l"onde progressive. Au moins un resonateur de plus (on propose deux resonateurs) (10, 11) semblable au resonateur (9) est monte adjacent a ce dernier. Les resonateurs (9, 10, 11) sont pourvus de moyens (12, 13, 14), respectivement, pour prendre et sortir le courants SHF des fentes annulaires etant pourvues dans leur large paroi pour faire passer le rayon au travers des resonateurs (9, 10, 11), et l"acheminer dans un collecteur (16). Le dispositif SHF d"electrovide peut etre utilise comme amplificateur de haute puissance ou multiplicateur de super hautes frequences et de hautes frequences elevees dans divers systemes radio, par exemple, dans des accelerateurs de particules de charge.
