(EN)A process for producing a multi-layered amorphous alloy containing at least one amorphous alloy layer, which involves the step of ejecting a first molten metal onto one of juxtaposed pair of rolls rotating at high speed to thereby cause the molten metal to revolve along the roll surface in a layer state for quenching, the step of ejecting a second molten metal different from said first metal onto the first metal on said roll to quench and form a two-layered metal layer on the rotating roll, and the step of pressure-welding and milling said metal layer between said pair of rolls. This process can be widely utilized for the production of multi-layered alloys for use as various kinds of composite alloy materials such as a highly sensitive bimetal, superconductive wire, a contact spring composite alloy, a latching relay having two-stage magnetic hysteresis, a magnetic head with high performance, etc.
(FR)Un procede de production d"un alliage amorphe multicouches contenant au moins une couche d"alliage amorphe comprend l"etape d"ejection d"un premier metal fondu sur une paire de cylindres juxtaposes tournant a vitesse elevee pour forcer le metal fondu a tourner sur la surface des cylindres sous la forme d"une couche pour le refroidissement brusque, l"etape d"ejection d"un second metal en fusion different du premier metal sur le premier metal se trouvant sur ledit cylindre pour refroidir brusquement et former une couche metallique a deux strates ou couches sur le cylindre de rotation, et l"etape de soudage a pression et de laminage de ladite couche metallique entre la paire de cylindres. Ce procede peut etre utilise d"une maniere generale pour la production d"alliages multicouches utilises comme differents types de materiaux d"alliage composites tels que du bimetal tres sensible, des fils superconducteurs, un alliage composite a contact-ressort, un relais de verrouillage ayant une courbe d"hysteresis magnetique a deux etages, une tete magnetique de haute performance, etc.
