(EN)A process for preparing organic semiconductor, which comprises doping an acetylene high polymer having a fibril structure with a specific electron-accepting compound. Conventional electron-accepting compounds are highly toxic and provide conductive acetylene high polymers which do not always exhibit a sufficiently high electric conductivity, which have a mechanical strength seriously reduced by the doping, and which have an insufficient heat resistance. The use of a specific, the low-toxic electron-accepting compound of the present invention provides a conductive acetylene high polymer having an enhanced electric conductivity and good flexibility and heat resistance. This conductive acetylene high polymer is a p-type semiconductor enabling to freely control the electric conductivity within the range of 10-9 to 103(Alpha)-1(Alpha)cm-1 and is useful as a material for conductive materials, p-n heterojunction elements, and photo-electric transducers such as solar batteries, photosensors, etc.
(FR)Un procede de preparation d"un semi-conducteur organique consiste a doper un haut polymere d"acetylene ayant une structure fibreuse avec un compose specifique capteur d"electrons. Des composes conventionnels accepteurs d"electrons sont hautement toxiques et donnent des hauts polymeres conducteurs d"acetylene qui n"ont pas toujours une conductivite electrique suffisamment elevee, ont une resistance mecanique serieusement reduite par le dopage et une resistance thermique insuffisante. L"utilisation du present compose capteur d"electrons a faible toxicite donne un haut polymere d"acetylene conducteur ayant une conductivite electrique amelioree, une bonne ductilite et une bonne resistance thermique. Ce haut polymere conducteur d"acetylene est un semi-conducteur du type (p) permettant de controler librement la conductivite electrique dans la plage de 10-9 a 10-3 (Alpha)-1(Alpha)cm-1 et est utile comme materiau pour les materiaux conducteurs, des elements a hetero-jonction (p-n) et pour des transducteurs photoelectriques tels que des batteries solaires, des photodetecteurs etc.
