(EN)A new substance is a cyclical analog of natural phagocytose-stimulating peptide-threonil-cyclo-(-N(Alpha)-lysil-prolyl-arginil-) of the following formula: (FORMULA) A method of obtaining the threonile-cyclo-(-N(Alpha)-lysil-prolyl-arginil-) by way of multistage building-up of the peptide chain at its C-end with the use of activated esters of benziloxicarbonyl-proline,tertio-butyloxicarbonil-N(Alpha)-benziloxicarbonyl-lysine and tertio-butyloxicarbonil-threonine, with subsequent cyclization of the thus obtained partially protected tetrapeptide with the use of the Woodward reagent under the conditions of excess of dimethylformamide, and final separation of the resulting product.
(FR)Une nouvelle substance est un analogue cyclique du peptide naturel stimulant la phagocytose, le threonyl-cyclo-(N-(Alpha)-lysyl-prolyl-arginyl-) de formule suivante: (FORMULE) Un procede de preparation du threonyl-cyclo(-N(Alpha)-lysyl-prolyl-arginyl-) au moyen des etapes multiples de construction de la chaine peptidique a son extremite C en utilisant les esters actives benzyloxycarbonylproline, tertio-butyloxycarbonyl-N(Alpha)-benzyloxycarbonyl-lysine et tertio-butyloxycarbonyl-threonine avec la cyclisation ulterieure du tetrapeptide partiellement protege ainsi obtenu, par le reactif de Woodward, dans les conditions d"exces de dimethylformamide et la separation finale du produit resultant.
